Visa Application

Foreign exhibitors who come to China must obtain relevant business visas issued by Chinese Embassies in foreign countries. The Sponsor hereby will send visa invitation letters for entry visa application to foreign exhibitors.

The Sponsor advises exhibitors to make visa application one month ahead of time.

Visa invitation letters will be faxed by the Sponsor to invitation applicants within 7 working days after receipt of application forms for invitation letters from exhibitors.
Exhibitors who have obtained invitation letters may take the invitation letter, passport with valid period of over half a year, completed visa application form (available at local Chinese Embassy) and photos to the Chinese Embassy Visa Office for visa application.
